Approach: Gentle detoxification through rest, touch, hydration, and nourishment

This is not a harsh cleanse or fast.
This program supports the body’s natural detox systems—liver, lymph, digestion, and nervous system.

True detox happens when the body feels safe enough to release.

🌧️ DAY 1 — RELEASE & PREPARE

🌿 Morning | Arrival & Gentle Opening

  • Warm welcome drink: ginger–calamansi or pandan tea
  • Intake & intention setting
  • Light stretching & breathwork (10–15 minutes)

💆‍♀️ SPA TREATMENTS

  1. Detoxifying Body Massage (60 mins)
  • Light to medium pressure
  • Focus on lymphatic flow (neck, abdomen, legs)
  • Herbal or coconut-based oil
  1. Herbal Steam or Infrared Sauna (15–20 mins)
  • Encourages sweating and toxin release
  • Followed by cool-down rest
