St. Michael & Company Inc. is a women-centered, faith-based, Catholic health and wellness company rooted in Virginia Beach, Virginia. Our story is deeply personal. In 2017, when a beloved family member was diagnosed with pancreatic cancer, our journey toward health and healing began. What started as a search for natural, supportive therapies soon grew into a calling and a mission.
From that moment forward, we traveled across 43 countries, immersing ourselves in diverse practices of mind-body wellness—nutrition, yoga, meditation, acupuncture, therapeutic massage, and aromatherapy. These experiences opened our hearts to the beauty of holistic healing and the truth that the body, mind, and spirit must be cared for together.
Our mission is both passion and purpose: to inspire transformational change, to nurture hope and healing, and to uplift women—one person, one moment, one prayer at a time. Grounded in Catholic values and guided by faith, we believe in creating sacred spaces where women can find strength, peace, and renewal.
Essential Oils & Aromatherapy
St. Michael & Company began with essential oils. In 2018, we launched Cancer Care and Wellness Oil Blends—100% natural, organic, and therapeutic blends created to complement cancer care.
These oils are lovingly crafted at Benito & Consuelo Farm in Indang, Cavite, Philippines—a place rich in heritage, faith, and family values. Our blends use Virgin Coconut Oil (VCO) sourced from a women-led enterprise in Banaba Cerca, Indang, supporting local livelihoods and empowering women entrepreneurs.
Every bottle carries more than nature’s essence; it holds a story of faith, resilience, and community—honoring the women and families whose hands and hearts make this work possible.
As our purpose expanded, so did our vision. We embraced a holistic approach to wellness—integrating natural remedies with cultural wisdom and faith-centered care.
Women’s Wellness Retreats
At the heart of our mission is a dedication to women. We honor their resilience, the many roles they carry, and the strength they embody. We also recognize that life’s unexpected challenges often require women to find courage, chart new paths, and trust in God’s grace to carry them forward.
To honor this journey, we created Wellness Women’s Retreats—faith-rooted gatherings for rest, reflection, and rediscovery.
- November 2022: Catch the Wind — a vision board and goal-setting retreat for women.
- February 2023: Mindshift: Pushing Beyond Your Limits — our first destination retreat in the Philippines.
- June 2023: Take a Breath. Celebrate. — a retreat dedicated to cancer survivors and caregivers.
Each retreat is an invitation for women to pause, reconnect with themselves, and embrace the life God has called them to live—with passion, purpose, and renewed spirit.
Massage & Spa Therapies
In August 2023, we opened St. Michael Massage & Spa, a women-centered, Catholic, faith-based sanctuary dedicated exclusively to women’s wellness. Here, ancient traditions meet spiritual grounding, and every treatment is infused with care, dignity, and reverence.
Our offerings include:
- Traditional Asian Therapies: Shiatsu, Balinese, Thai Massage
- Ayurvedic Treatments: Shirodhara, Abhyanga, and more
- Holistic Experiences: Signature indigenous massages, organic facials, and curated spa
Each treatment merges the healing touch of tradition with the grace of God’s creation—bringing balance, renewal, and peace. With training credentials from the U.S., Philippines, Bali, Thailand, and Japan, we bring uniquely curated therapies rooted in global wisdom, tailored especially for women.
Oncology Massage & Lymphatic Care
As a proud member of the Society of Oncology Massage, with certifications from Tracy Walton’s Oncology Massage Program and the Academy of Lymphatic Studies (ACOLS), we specialize in Oncology Massage and Manual Lymphatic Drainage. These services are offered with compassion, prayerful presence, and deep respect for the journey of those navigating cancer treatment and recovery.
