Participant Requirements
All registered participants must arrive at 4:00 A.M. for official registration and verification.
Please bring:
- Valid Government-Issued ID
- Boat Registration Documents
- Tournament Registration Confirmation
- Life Vest
- Rain Gear or Waterproof Jacket
- Fully Charged Mobile Phone
- Drinking Water and Sun Protection
Boat Inspection Requirement
All participating boats must undergo mandatory inspection by the Philippine Coast Guard beginning promptly at 4:15 A.M.
Boats must be properly registered, equipped with required safety gear, and ready for inspection upon arrival.
No boat inspection means automatic disqualification.
Tournament Mechanics Reminder
Participants are required to document notable catches during the tournament.
Please take clear photographs of:
- The catch immediately after it is landed
- The participant with the catch whenever possible
- The catch while still at sea before it is stored
Photos may be requested by tournament officials for catch verification and may also be used for event documentation, tournament highlights, social media, websites, and future tournament promotions.
Safety Reminders
The safety of all participants is our highest priority. Participants must follow all instructions from tournament officials, Philippine Coast Guard, MDRRMO, PNP, and the Incident Management Team.
In case of unfavorable weather or sea conditions, all participants must immediately follow safety advisories, recall instructions, and event announcements.
Photography and Videography Notice
Please be advised that the event will be professionally photographed and video recorded throughout the day.
Images and video footage may be used for event documentation, after-action review, safety evaluation, community outreach, promotional materials, social media content, websites, and future tournament communications.
